Cali Common

“Gigging alone at the bottom of the hill, our protagonist named Bill, Sets his sights on an Anchor Steam Pint…”

Brewed by the newly independent Green Dragon Brewers, this Cali Common has been enhanced using the finest PNW ingredients. With a sturdy base of Gold Rush toasted pale malt, and a touch of crystal malt to provide a deep copper appearance, artfully complemented with freshly harvested Oregon Newport, Willamette and Cascade hops to create an innovative and refreshing take on this classic style.

Finale IPA & Big News!

Come join us this Wednesday, October 26, for our final release and tap-takeover at Rogue Eastside!

After almost 13 years and 500 batches, the Green Dragon Brewers’ final stammtisch and release party at Rogue Eastside Pub & Pilot Brewery will be this Wednesday at 5:30 pm, where we’ll release “Finale IPA” and a handful of other great beers we’ve been waiting to launch.

Rogue has decided to cease brewing operations at this location, and we hope you will join us for a final toast to say “Thanks!” to Rogue and for the release of Finale IPA, a nod to our first batch at Rogue: Finally IPA, brewed way back in 2009.

While this chapter may be ending, we have some very exciting things coming up to take the program to new territory (news to come!)

We hope to see you for this final stammtisch at Rogue Eastside!

Worn-out old Green Dragon t-shirts encouraged!

Cheers!

Mexican Lager

Inspired by the brewer’s from one continent and brewed by brewers on another, this Mexican Lager reflects that shared brewing history by bringing together two Green Dragon Brewers to create this refreshing and quaffable summer crusher. Made with pilsner malt and flaked corn, artfully complimented with subtle European hop varieties. Add a lime, if you’d like – no offense, it’s summertime. ¡Salud!

ABV: 5.1%

Suggested Food Pairing: Rogue Hummus, Dead Guy Fish & Chips, Brewer’s Burger

Grisette

Grisette is a fairly obscure farmhouse style that evolved from the mining region in the Southwest of Belgium. Our interpretation consists primarily of Pilsner malt with a healthy portion of flaked wheat and rye gently hopped with Saaz and Comet for balance.

It’s a brilliant straw-colored beer with a persistently fluffy meringue-like head. Grisette presents itself with a sweet rustic grain aroma including notes of bubblegum, hay, and pepper. It finishes dry with lingering notes of white pepper and spicy hop character for perfect balance.

This is a superb summer crusher designed for warm days on a sunny patio!

Colden Summer IPA

This cold and refreshing beer pairs perfectly with a nice rainy June afternoon on your patio. Listening to the torrential downpours as you wait for summer to officially start on the 4th. In the meantime get ready with this cold IPA to help transition from winter warmers to summer sippers.

The grain bill for this beer includes 70% pilsner malt and 30% rice syrup solids, lending to a drier finish.

The Weihenstephan yeast offers a good balance of floral and fruity aromas, and gives clean flavors that pairs wonderfully with the hop bill.

Centennial, Mosaic, Amarillo and a hopshot for good measure. Punching your palette with notes of stone fruit, pine, bubblegum and citrus.
