Come join us this Wednesday, October 26, for our final release and tap-takeover at Rogue Eastside!
After almost 13 years and 500 batches, the Green Dragon Brewers’ final stammtisch and release party at Rogue Eastside Pub & Pilot Brewery will be this Wednesday at 5:30 pm, where we’ll release “Finale IPA” and a handful of other great beers we’ve been waiting to launch.
Rogue has decided to cease brewing operations at this location, and we hope you will join us for a final toast to say “Thanks!” to Rogue and for the release of Finale IPA, a nod to our first batch at Rogue: Finally IPA, brewed way back in 2009.
While this chapter may be ending, we have some very exciting things coming up to take the program to new territory (news to come!)
We hope to see you for this final stammtisch at Rogue Eastside!
Worn-out old Green Dragon t-shirts encouraged!

UPDATE: New School Beer wrote an article about our changes:
Green Dragon Brew Crew ends decade long relationship at Rogue Ales
Brewed by two of the newest Green Dragon Brewers, this Trappist inspired ale was made using the finest Belgian malts and a trio of European Noble hops. Pouring a brilliant ruby-copper, with layered flavors and aroma of caramel and dark fruits, supported by complementary yeast derived esters, all resulting in a complex and harmonious ale.
Just like Jimmy Lee and his gang of 8-bit thugs, knock’em down and level up your game with this classic Belgian ale!
Suggested Food Pairings: Pub Pretzel, Cobb Salad, Brewer’s Cheese Burger, Double Chocolate Cake
Suggested Soundtrack: Original Sound of Double Dragon – Arcade Version
Crafted using two-row spring barley and the finest Noble hops, this complex aromatic ale shines golden, like the halo of a monk in the midst of lectio divina. Take a moment to reflect and meditate upon the interchange of expressive yeast, soft and spicy hops, all wrapped in radiant light provided by the slightly sweet malt impression, all adorned with a crown of lace.
Suggested Food Pairings: Pub Pretzel, Hazelnut and Cranberry Salad, Bay Bridge Bánh Mí
Suggested Soundtrack: Chant (Benedictine Monks of Santo Domingo de Silos album)
This week we present a Habergeiss Vienna Lager! This is an Austrian/Germanic mythical animal that is a cross between a goat and goblin (and sometimes a bird!) that will take bad children away in its zistl (basket).
This beer, however, is a smooth, malty lager with a touch of toast character. Delicately hopped with Saaz for just the right balance. We gave it an extended lagering for exceptional smoothness and clarity.
