Fresh hop Kölsch

This light and delicious kölsch-style beer was brewed with three pounds of freshly picked Mount Hood hops and locally grown malt from Main Stem Malting.

Descended from German noble hops, the Mount Hoods pack a light spice character that really shines when used as fresh as possible, and it doesn’t get any fresher than these. Combined with the light, bready character of craft malted Cascadian Pilsner, this is an easy way to welcome fall.

Prost!

Back in Action IPA

This crisp and clean IPA was brewed to celebrate the GDBC’s return to operations after a very long hiatus. Packed with notes of grapefruit, pine, coconut, and tropical fruit, this IPA harkens back to our very first batch brewed over ten years ago.

While we’re not yet able to resume full operations, we’re doing everything we can to make sure that you’re able to enjoy delicious beers from the passionate volunteer staff of Green Dragon Brewing.
