Rye Saison

Our Rye Saison blends the rustic charm of rye with the refreshing allure of a classic farmhouse ale.

It’s made with Pilsner malt, 13% malted rye, and a touch of wheat for head retention and hopped with Saaz and Styrian Goldings for balance and a spicy noble hop character. On the nose, it contains a symphony of spicy rye, fruity esters, and earthy undertones including notes of pumpernickel, hay, and black pepper. Rye Saison was fermented with a blend of the Dupont strain and French Saison yeasts to ensure a dry finish.
