The Gelber Drache (Yellow Dragon) is here to bring you warmth, illumination and wealth. It is huge with a beautiful, long-lasting white head and a lingering bitterness from the plentiful Sorachi Ace and Citra hops which give this monster a lemony-citrus flavor. The Weyermann pilsner malt provides a strong backbone to balance the bitterness.
In Japanese tradition the color yellow symbolizes courage and protection, so don’t be a coward, but enjoy carefully as it is a very powerful beast.
