Amarillo Fresh Hop IPA

For this year’s fresh hop beer, we traveled down to Rogue Farms in Independence, Oregon and picked up over 20lbs of fresh Amarillo hops from the hop farms operated by Coleman Farms.

The melon, stone fruit, and citrus aromas from the Amarillos are paired with spicy, fruity UK hops, malt, and yeast for a complex and flavorful mix of UK and US IPA styles.

Gelber Drache IIIPA

The Gelber Drache (Yellow Dragon) is here to bring you warmth, illumination and wealth. It is huge with a beautiful, long-lasting white head and a lingering bitterness from the plentiful Sorachi Ace and Citra hops which give this monster a lemony-citrus flavor. The Weyermann pilsner malt provides a strong backbone to balance the bitterness.

In Japanese tradition the color yellow symbolizes courage and protection, so don’t be a coward, but enjoy carefully as it is a very powerful beast.

Hellerbock

Light in color and that’s about it. Our Hellerbock is an aromatic, flavorful, medium-bodied German style lager made from traditional continental malt, yeast and hops featuring classic Hallertauer Magnum and Mittelfueh with a touch of Czech Saaz to add a bit of spice to the mix. If you’re a fan of German style lagers, grab your goat and get on down to Rogue East Side this Wednesday for a taste of this delicious brew. Prost!
