Dragon Boat CDA

Brewed in honor of the annual Dragon Boat races held at Tom McCall Waterfront Park each fall, this is a big one. Close to 4 lbs of hops consisting of Amarillo, Cascade, El Dorado, and Citra were added to balance the 8 different malts. Just in time to welcome the colder winter, this beer should warm you right up!

Hefespreitzen

Brewed with 32% Mecca Grade wheat malt, German pilsner and a touch of caramel wheat for color and aroma, this unique beer gets its name from the lemon-lime characteristics provided by the Motueka and Sorachi Ace hops. A touch of lime zest was the only fruit added near the end of the boil.

Enjoy this refreshing wheat beer while you can!

Drachenfels Kölsch

Drachenfels is a hill near Cologne, Germany, where kölsch originated. It is the site where Siegfried is claimed to have killed the dragon Fafnir who lived in a cave in the rock. We can’t be certain, but it is highly likely that he had a few pints after that incredible battle. Now you can too!

This is the “undisputed” champion of the Green Dragon Brewing 2018 Kölsch Klash.

Made with 70% FrancoBelg Pilsner malt, 25% Weyermann Vienna malt, a touch of Shaniko from Mecca Grade and finished with Styrian Golding hops, this is a crisp and refreshing version of the style that will make you wish you had witnessed the battle. Prost!
