Jaggery IPA

The tropical flavors of palm sugar (Jaggery) mixed with sweet malt from Gambrinus combine to produce a tangy IPA for a hot afternoon. Magnum hops are used for bittering and a generous portion of fresh Casdade leaf hops for aroma near the end of the boil to produce a fresh citrus flavor to blend with the jaggery and malt. Clear, clean, and tropically refreshing, Jaggery IPA is great on a hot afternoon.
